On the road to Panama City Day 2
Great 2.5 minute video on Oak Ridge Cemetery. One of the amazing things about traveling with a family clan is that everyone does research on what to do and some times the add-on's / side trips are the best finds. Jen was driving us to our first National Park of the day and she just made a turn into Oak Ridge Cemetery. Why you ask??? Because she saw a cute stature of a little girl in this cemetery and wanted to find it. What we found instead was a historically significant,

On the road to Panama City Day 1
USA and the World Cup meet at last! My sisters and my nieces came to pick me up in Atlanta after my conference. In the photo from left to right: Helena Grace, Monica, Jennifer and Isabella. 2026 GCEE Conference
Just in case you're curious where I am, I'm at the Georgia Council on Economic Education (GCEE) conference in Atlanta Georgia. I arrived on Monday and I'm incredibly lucky because they gave me a full scholarship which flew me down, houses me and feeds me. FYI that's not the important part!!! They're also doing the most amazing economics lessons. I'm sure a few of you are saying to yourself: "Why the heck would you be there? You teach environmental science!" I do indeed, bu
